Troyee Software and all its variants are entirely developed, owned, and operated by Best Business Bond Ltd. (3BL), a corporation registered under the laws of Bangladesh. 3BL acts as the primary Data Controller for any information collected via our websites or core license registration platforms.

Third-party entities, including our Business Associates/Partners as listed in our websites, operate strictly as authorized independent distributors or sellers of software licenses. They have no ownership stake, engineering rights, or authority over how 3BL manages, stores, or processes user data.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide, license, and optimize Troyee Software:

  • Account and License Data: Name, business name, phone number, email address, physical business address, and Tax Identification Number (TIN)/BIN (especially for NBR-approved VAT modules).
  • Payment Data: Transaction references, billing logs, and payment authorization information processed via secured and encrypted gateways.
  • System/Usage Information: During licensing activation or cloud sync, anonymized device statistics, IP address, OS versions, and license keys are verified to prevent unauthorized distribution and software piracy.

3. How We Use Your Data

3BL uses your personal and corporate identity markers exclusively to:

  1. Provision and authenticate software licenses.
  2. Provide technical support, version upgrades, and emergency patch installations.
  3. Ensure regulatory compliance with National Board of Revenue (NBR) rules for automated business reporting within Bangladesh.
  4. Detect, evaluate, and legally mitigate software piracy or license key tampering.

4. Data Retention and Security

Your data is securely retained for the duration your license is active, or as mandated by the accounting, corporate governance, and tax compliance laws of Bangladesh. 3BL utilizes industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) for data transmission, combined with restricted server access.

Important Data Boundary: Troyee Software is primarily deployed on-premises or within client-controlled hosting environments. 3BL does not access, read, or sync your proprietary operational databases (e.g., your balance sheets, sales logs and inventory data) unless you explicitly grant administrative access to our technical support team for troubleshooting.

5. Third-Party Disclosures & Authorized Sellers

We do not sell, lease, or trade your personal information. Authorized sellers only receive information essential to initiate, validate, or renew your subscription/license purchase. They are bound by strict non-disclosure obligations and are prohibited from using your data for any independent marketing endeavors.

6. Statutory Rights and Bangladeshi Regulations

In compliance with the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Act 2006 and other regional cybersecurity directives:

  • You hold the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your registration profile.
  • You can revoke consent for promotional correspondences at any point.
